
Talking about mental health is not attention-seeking.
People die in silence every day due to this judgement and then people finally say “I wish they spoke up.”
We live in a society that stigmatizes mental health but mourns suicide.
1. When you just lie on your bed and do nothing.
2. When your fun activities are not fun for you anymore.
3. When you over eat or under eat.
4. When you don’t want to talk to anyone not even your favorite person.
5. When your daily routine is difficult for you to perform.

BACK TO YOU
I know you feel so disconnected from the world, and you feel like no one notices you or cares about you anymore. Your feelings are valid but I want to tell you today that there are people who notice you and who care about you.
