WAYS YOU CAN HARNESS YOUR ANGER IN A RELATIONSHIP

Perfect relationship is not that you never get angry, upset or irritated with each other….
It’s how fast you resolve & bounce back to normal. Below are the ways which you can use to capture your anger.

HOW TO HARNESS YOUR ANGER IN A RELATIONSHIP

1. Leave the room where the cause of your anger is located.

2. Watch a funny video to distract you so that you will not say or do anything that you will regret later.

3. Ponder for some time to know who or what caused the anger and how to change your emotions before you ruin your day.

4. If you discovered that the cause of your anger was a person and the person did it on purpose, tell yourself that “I’m a free person, so you intentionally making me angry will not work. I will not have the emotion that you want me to have.”

5. Smile brightly no matter what happens: From my side- I played my favorite song “permission to dance by BTS to tell me to dance/ smile no matter what happens.

6. If the anger is still disturbing you talk to your friend. Word for word-from the person who caused the anger to me the receiver, everything. That way the person can give you advice on what to do and/ or correction if you were the cause. Because sometimes we are the cause of our problems but we don’t know that the person reacted to what we did and then we put the blame on only the person. Be honest with your support system. If they love you, they will tell you that this thing is your fault and this thing is not your fault.”

BACK TO YOU
You have a right to be angry.
It’s not negative or wrong. You don’t have to condone someone’s actions or pretend you’re okay with them in order to be a good or spiritual person.
Just know that you have the power to move
beyond your pain, when you’re ready.
